Information about when you will receive your travel documents after booking your Lapland trip.
Once you have confirmed your booking and paid your deposit, we will email you your Confirmation Invoice along with your ATOL certificate (this is applicable for Customers departing from the UK) and a copy of our booking terms and conditions. If you booked via a Travel Agent, they will forward these documents to you.
The invoice will provide you with details of what you have booked with your Lapland Expert. If you need to contact us for anything, the invoice also shows your booking reference. Please refer to your confirmation invoice until your travel documents are released.
Around 2-3 weeks before you travel we will contact you, or your Travel Agent to advise that your Travel Documents are available to view in the Customer Portal.

Please note we no longer issue tickets for travel, simply bring along your itinerary and confirmation invoice, and show your booking reference when you present your passports at check-in.
